Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All orders ship from Massachusetts via UPS Ground.

$9.95 flat-rate shipping for orders under $100
FREE shipping for orders $100+
Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days within the continental U.S.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number so you can follow your package.

5. Allergy Notice
Please review all product ingredients before purchasing to ensure there are no allergies or sensitivities. If you are unsure about an ingredient, feel free to contact me before placing your order.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please email rememberhealing@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with UPS to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN POLICY

Your experience and well-being are important. Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, all sales are considered final once opened.

1. Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)
If you need to return an item, it must be:

Unopened, unused, and in original condition
Returned within 14 days of delivery
Pre-approved through email before sending it back

2. Allergy Notice
Products cannot be returned or refunded due to undisclosed allergies or sensitivities. Please check all ingredients before purchasing, and reach out with any questions if you are unsure about compatibility with your skin.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used products
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Digital services or sessions (facials, Reiki, hypnotherapy, coaching, QHHT)

4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or in error.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
