Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Remember Healing Hypnosis. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a fair and efficient scheduling system, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to other clients on our waitlist. To make changes to your appointment, please contact us by calling or texting: 508-859-0450, or email: rememberhealing@gmail.com. Deposit Retention: If you fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, the 50% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. This fee helps compensate for the missed opportunity to offer the appointment to other clients as well as the practitioner's time. Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability. Please note that the 24-hour notice requirement still applies. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the retention of your deposit. No-Shows: If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the 50% deposit will be retained, and the remaining balance of the service will still be due. Refunds: The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions to this policy may be made in genuine emergency situations, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment with Remember Healing Hypnosis, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
