Service Description
A custom hypnosis recording offers personalized support you can return to in your own time and space. I’m Christine MacDonald, a certified Hypnotherapist, and I personally write and record each audio around your goals and preferences. WHAT YOUR RECORDING CAN FOCUS ON Recordings can support managing everyday stress, building confidence, improving sleep, changing habits, reducing procrastination, or responding more calmly to challenging situations. Choose one main focus so your recording has a clear direction. If you’re unsure where to begin, you’re welcome to book a complimentary intro call before ordering. ORDERING YOUR RECORDING Select the next available appointment to place your order. The date and time are placeholders only; no live session takes place, and your delivery is not tied to that appointment. Payment is collected in full at booking. Your confirmation email will include a questionnaire where you can share your goals, relevant experiences, and preferences for the recording. CREATION AND DELIVERY I’ll review your answers, write and record your personalized audio, and email you a private download link within 3–5 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire. If I need clarification before beginning, I’ll contact you and confirm your delivery date. Because each recording is custom-created, all purchases are final and non-refundable. USING YOUR RECORDING Listen in a quiet, comfortable place where you can relax without interruption. Your delivery email will include guidance on using your recording and making repeated listening part of your routine. Never listen while driving or doing anything that requires your attention. Recordings support personal growth and well-being and do not replace medical or mental health care.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Remember Healing. Life can be unpredictable, and you may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule. The following policy helps protect the time reserved for your appointment. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required when booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your session. CUSTOM HYPNOSIS RECORDINGS Custom recordings require full payment at booking rather than a deposit. Each recording is created specifically for you, and all purchases are final and non-refundable. SERVICE PLANS AND PACKAGES No deposit is required when booking with an existing service plan or package. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss your appointment, one session will be deducted from your plan or package. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the reserved time to become available to another client. To make changes, call or text 508-859-0450 or email rememberhealing@gmail.com. Rescheduling is subject to availability. With less than 24 hours’ notice, your 50% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee, or one session will be deducted from your plan or package. MISSED APPOINTMENTS If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your 50% deposit will be retained, or one session will be deducted from your plan or package. REFUNDS The 50% deposit is non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
